01Welcome

Welcome to Concept Booth

We are a 360° communication and concept agency where gaming has been running enthusiastically through our veins for over 10 years. What started as one entrepreneur's idea is now a company of almost 20 people. Together we run on- and offline projects in the national and international poker industry. We are fans of digital marketing, branding, content creation and entrepreneurship.

A few cool examples of what we do:

With us, you can put your talents to work and become the best version of yourself. Our HR policy is built around that: a warm onboarding, intensive guidance in the first weeks, an open structure where everyone is on first-name terms, and room to grow. We offer a salary package with meal vouchers, a home-working and telecom allowance and a laptop.

You can't think on an empty stomach, and you can't focus when you're thirsty. That's why we offer free hot and cold drinks and a lunch. Home-baked sandwiches, sometimes soup or filled rolls. Now and then pizza or fries land on the table. Peckish in the morning or the afternoon? Choosing between an apple, a kiwi, a Snickers or paprika crisps is a daily dilemma.

Is there anything else you should know? The great colleagues and the fun atmosphere, maybe? That we're looking for someone who is happy to water the plants too? That we often speak and write English in the office? That we truly believe in inclusion? You've got the gist by now. Read on and find out whether we're looking for you.

02The role

The role

You are the link between what we organise and what we say. Every project, tournament and promo gets the right message, on the right channel, at the right time.

You plan ahead

You know the GGPoker, Pokahnights and BOSS calendars weeks in advance. You turn them into a communication plan that is ready well ahead of time. Think in weeks, not days. That way everyone has time to deliver good work.

You brief the artwork team

You write clear briefs in ClickUp, our internal tool. What you need, for which channel, in which formats, by when. You follow up until the images and videos are ready, and you give feedback that makes the work better.

You guard the timing

You check in regularly with the project manager to see whether everything is on schedule. Does something shift? Then you spot it in time, adjust the communication and let those involved know what it means for them.

You build on what works

You keep track of what's alive among our players. Does a tournament format take off? Then you make sure we capitalise on it. Does the GGPoker roadmap announce a change? You notice it and look for the communication opportunity. Something underperforming? You see that too, and you adjust.

03What you do

What you do

  • Managing the marcom calendar. You follow the overview of all projects, events and promos and turn it into a communication plan per week and per channel.
  • Aligning product, message and channel. You help decide what we say where: social media, newsletter, website, in-client messages, community channels.
  • Reading data and acting on it. You track participation, reach and engagement. You strengthen what works. You flag what doesn't.
  • Keeping the community alive. You moderate and reply to comments, get to know the regular players and pick up on what's going on.
  • Creating content and having it created. You write plans, posts and newsletters yourself, make vlogs and ask the artwork team for supporting graphics and animation.
  • Reporting weekly. What did we communicate, what did it deliver, what will we do better next week.

04Who you are

Who you are

  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a community manager, social media manager or in a similar online marketing role.
  • You think in terms of planning and overview. Ten live projects won't throw you.
  • You look at the numbers and draw conclusions from them.
  • You write fluent and flawless Dutch, and you have good French and English.
  • You handle player data discreetly and correctly.
  • You have an affinity with poker or gaming. You don't have to be a pro, but you do need to know what our players are talking about.

05What we offer

What we offer

  • A full-time permanent contract.
  • A competitive salary with extra benefits.
  • A role with real impact in a small, agile team.
  • Office in Wilrijk, with 1 home-working day a week.
  • Live events and tournaments up close.
